The Love pours your way the minute you press purchase. After I read your notes and intentions, I wait for the moment spirit wants me to tune in. I sit in silence and listen to what wants to come through. I create a ceremonial space surrounded by angels, the elements, flowers, crystals, sacred art, and the directions. While I am cocooned in this energy of pure love, writing flows through me. Time and space totally disappear because of the frequency I am experiencing. All of this is encoded in the recording or handwritten note you receive - from the grass beneath me to the butterfly I saw that day. 

In 7 days, I will complete your note and email it or have it in the mail for physical letters. It is typically up to 2 weeks in the US for stamped letters (excluding holidays) and up to 1 month (excluding holidays) for International letters.

The experience of the unconditional Love that pours through in these notes varies by person and what is going on in their world at that time.

They can feel like being completely enveloped in the energy of “Home” and being surrounded by the warmest blanket or hug. They also can irritate the wounds that are asking to be healed and not always feel ‘comfy cozy’. To me, this is part of the healing. It is also why I recommend listening/reading the letters on down the line because we can’t always receive the many layers in the messages at once. There is much encoded in each letter, pause, space, and moment.

You may wish to listen/read before bed, when you feel you need it or make it a practice once a month. Some keep them as a loving reminder on their nightstands, altar, refrigerator, in their pocket while they do a hard task, or wherever they go when things are painful. You might make a ceremonial space of love for yourself to read with candles, tea, soft blanket, and your favorite comfy clothes. You might listen when you have a few minutes in the car alone. There is no right or wrong way. All is deeply honored. YOU are deeply honored. You are worthy of the grand, unconditional, and infinite love you are.

I recommend tuning into your own heart and inner wisdom to ask if it has any specific guidance on integration. It is the one who knows what is best for you.

If it is being a bit quiet, here are some suggestions.

Integration varies with every single note when I listen to my body and spirit on what I need. It might be saying the love note out loud to myself when I wake up or before bed for x amount of days. It may be going outside in nature, preferably alone, and I read the note and energetically do ceremony to fully receive the healings pouring through. Some notes give you specific ceremonies and healing work suggestions. What comes through is whatever Love is guiding in that moment.

Most love notes have imagery. I go out in nature or in a space by myself, and I let my mind see the healing imagery shared. I sit with the image, then I ceremonially welcome it into my body. I receive this layer of myself in love. Sometimes it is hard because the beauty is so profound. In this case, I do my best and ask my heart questions like, “What do I need to be able to receive this inner love? Please tell/show me what I need to know.”

I recommend being with the note for a little while. This can be anywhere from 30 minutes to days+, then asking yourself any questions it prompts. This is especially helpful with stickiness/discomfort these love notes bring to light.

These love notes are profoundly powerful in subtle and intense ways. There is no right or wrong with how you feel and how you integrate. It is you with you, magnificent human.

Handwritten Mail: Stamped mail delivery has been inconsistent since 2020. USA is 2 weeks average shipping time, excluding holidays (add 2 + weeks). International mail is an average of 1 month, excluding holidays (add 2+ weeks). It can be much longer or shorter. If time is a factor, the email delivery love notes are better suited for you.

2025 Mirror of Magnificence Subscription: A message for the month will be typed up and printed on pretty stationary and mailed to you each month. If you’ve not received a letter by the 25th of each month, please email hello@itsloveyall.com. I will verify your current address, get you another in the mail immediately, and offer you an immediate option until it arrives.

There is something very magical and mysterious about when mail arrives to the recipient. Over the last several years, I have consistently heard, “It arrived on the exact day that I needed it!” This means the notes are being delivered in Divine timing. Once it leaves the ILY cocoon, it is in the Divine’s hands.

Love Notes help us attune to the unconditional love we are. This Love is the space between the spaces and in every part of us from our cells to our spirits. By connecting to this Love, we connect to our wholeness which guides us to living wholly and free.

I, Katy, cannot heal you.
